The rolled magnesium alloy engraving plate is a semi-continuous casting magnesium alloy ingot which is extruded by a 10,000-ton press, heated by an equalizing furnace and leveled. Magnesium alloy is 36 percent lighter than aluminum alloy, 73 percent lighter than zinc alloy and 77 percent lighter than steel. Good plasticity, very low thermal expansion and prestress, 30 times higher than aluminum vibration performance. Can save the mold in the repeated use, greatly improve the life of the mold.
